What happens if no one is available to receive the delivery?

The drivers are on a fixed route and only have a limited time to make delivery before they have to move on to the next delivery. Therefore it is not possible to request a delivery at a specific time. If no one is available to receive the delivery the driver will return the shipment and attempt delivery the next working day.
